HELP!!!
I am having a HORRIBLE time creating an icon using IconEdit with WB
3.0. I am on a 1200. Every time I save an icon… let's say it is
this big…

What's up with that? I am really mad at this stupid piece of poop
icon editor. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it is doing
this and how I might correct it? What we need is a REAL icon editor
for 3.0!
The problem is a bug in the icon editor. It will NOT resize to fit
the image IF you save out in "Image" mode. It does work correctly in
"Complement" or "Backfill" mode.
Here's a better solution. One of the programs I missed most when
it broke under 2.x was IconMaster by John Scheib. Well he has
released IconMaster 3.0 which works great on my 4000. For information

I take it that IconMaster is a shareware program? If so, you
wouldn't happen to know the cost? Even if I don't get that program,
at least I now have an idea of how to work around the bug. Thanks

$15 to upgrade to 3.0, my guess would be around $25, but if you write
John I'm sure you will get all the info.
