I was "reading between the lines" with the actions of Softwood. Pen Pal
was "stopped" and then FCII was started but it has added features and in
particular the proportional fonts, I assumed that these would have been to
difficult to put into Pen Pal.
Softwood in the AmigaVendor Forum can give the exact reasons for their
actions.
