Phillip, I don't know if your the right person to burden with my problems, but here goes anyway…. I recently bought a copy of Procalc from a UK mail order company the software runs fine but causes enforcer "hits" and trashes my A1500's bridgeboard janus software… so I have to keep resetting after I've used Procalc. Are there any bug fixes or updates to cure this? (I've got version 1.4 It will be rgistered to TOA Medical Electronics, UK) Thanks in advance, Karl (via Steve's CI$ bill….)

Karl via Steve What version of WorkBench are you running under? I have used ProCalc on my A2000 using a Janus drive and have not experienced any problems–nor have we had anyone mention this type of problem before. We do have an update I can send you, but I don't think it will help in this situation. Send me a mailing address and I will have it sent off to you. Philip Laitar Manager

Hi, I have a A2500, a 286BB, and use ProCalc ver. 1.05 everyday with no problems. I bet there is non-standard, expansion stuff going on to cause the problem. Paul

Phillip, I'm running under 2.04 on a GVP 68030 card with kickstart shadowed in RAM, or enforcer running, you can tell when somethings gone wrong as the machine suddenly performs like a slug (or a pc running windows..) and when I return to the bridgeboard side it can no longer transfer files or access Amiga drives (and hangs when told to do so…) The only option then is to reboot. this normally happens when working on large spreadsheets (greater than 150k) Thanks for the reply, my mailing address for the upgrade is: TOA Medical Electronics Sunrise Parkway Linford Wood East Milton Keynes MK14 6QF Hope the description helps you understand my problem…. Karl (still abusing Steve's CI$ bill….)
