There is a great shareware program called ModEdit which I use to make MODs on
my PC. I'm not sure if they have it here, maybe i should upload it. -Jeff King-

Since the program you refer to is for use on PC's, this is probably not
the best place to upload it… but we would sure appreciate a TEXT file
describing the program and maybe where it can be found on CIS.
