Has anyone using the Noller OS/2 Mitsumi driver had problems with OS/2 2.1 Beta 6.479? I keep getting "Unable to access drive" errors when I try to use it. I have followed the installation intructions exactly. I have tried up to updat3.zip. Still no luck. If anyone has had similar problems and then solved them. Please let me know. Thank You…

I can't get it to work at all. I too have followed the directions, but have had no luck what so ever. Could you send me a copy of your config.sys?

Thank You… Mike am using the Updat3.Zip package and have had no problems. I was having problems with the other drivers. I found that if I dual boot to DOS then back to OS/2, it works great. What does the drive icon look like.

The drive icon is the same as my logical hard disk partition icons. However if I open the drive menu, the icon for the CDROM drive has "Lock Disk", "Unlock Disk", and sometimes "Eject Disk" options. The other drive objects don't have these. I don't have dual boot installed so I can't try that. I do however have boot manager setup to boot between OS/2 or NT and DOS, and I have booted DOS several times and then returned to OS/2. No help for my situation. BTW, I also get "Disk Not Formatted Correctly" errors as well as "Unable To Access Drive". When you boot up OS/2, does you CD drive light ever blink. Mine doesn't but it seems like it probably should (it does with the DOS driver). I'm not giving up yet…
