I got a fax the other day from Avid Publications that they've sold "Avid"
to another company, called Pacific Media Publications, and that Video
Toaster User will continue to be published from Avid Publications…
I knew something was up with them – I've been a subscriber for a while –
VTU also – I just hope I don't get burned – Info was my last $ burn Any
word on the people who bought it? Avid really could be as classy. and
informative as the new VTU is – hope they do it.
I'm with you. I hope this isn't another INFO!!! People can get a little
cocky sometimes
Maybe they expanded VTU a little to fast, too much. Oh boy…

Jim Plant knows he is biting off more than he can swallow. He tried to
make VTU monthly but now realizes he can't. I've been a subscriber since
the third issue, boy what a change, a nice one at that.
