DOES YOUR COMPANY HAVE OR PLAN TO SELL A DRIVER FOR A1200 PCMCIA PORT ? I
UNDERSTAND PCMCIA SCSI CARDS ARE AVAILABLE. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO BE ABLE TO
HAVE A SCSI CONTROLLER ON MY AMIGA 1200 68030 50MHZ, 10MEG RAM. THE SEAGATE IDE
DRIVE IS JUST TERRIBLY SLOW ! ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRE- CIATED.

DKB does not at this time have a driver for a PCMCIA SCSI controller.
We are looking into the possibility, but have not made a decision at this
time. PCMCIA SCSI controllers are very expensive at this time, so the
utility of an Amiga driver for one is in question.

I'd sure like to see something like this!
I know the PCMCIA cards are pretty expensive right now, but they will get
cheaper, and once you've written the driver for one thing, it shouldn't be
to difficult to write a driver for another type of card…
And, I NEED SCSI, and I'm not going to ditch my accelerator board to get
one of the ones that have SCSI. (They cost a lot more than the SCSI
PCMCIA cards.)
The options are pretty limited otherwise. There's only products
announced, none delivered. (The Dataflyer SCSI that plugs into the IDE
header, so it'll probably be pretty slow, and the 1200 Emplant)

There is a 2fer board for the 1200 which allows you to plug in to belly
cards at once. (Where you fit them however, is another problem all
together!)
That board wouldn't help…
Boards have to be designed with it in mind. (Unfortunately!)
