Sure Tim….
Who are you trying to reach?
Murph'
I'm trying to reach anyone at autodesk that can provide an answer to my
question about setting Color
Cycling to false decreasing memory everytime an animation is run.

Sorry Tim, I'm not sure I follow what it is your doing.
Are you working with 3D Studio or Animator Pro?
If your dealing with Animator Pro you may want to try to contact Ed
Kellerman…He's the Ani-Pro Guru round these har' parts! <g>
Other wise please try to give us more detail about what it is your trying to
do….You also may have more luck directing your inquiries to the Yost Group or
to Nik Grant at Autodesk…they try to scan all the messages for support
questions but with about ten thousand plus messages per month it's a bit hard
to catch them all unless their asked directly.
As a Dealer I may also be able to help you but I don't consider myself even
close to in the leage with the people I've mentioned as far as the "finer"
details of these programs go.

Wellllll That's an _entirely_ different Story! <g>
Given your not doing anything else….Hee He..what a concept!…and Given 40
hour weeks…Ooohh Booooyyyy..that's another funny one, that would mean you
only have to read and possibly research and respond to….43.75 messages per
hour……Soooo What's the Problem? <BG>

"Could you please favor me with a response to my message?"
Tim – I'm sorry I missed responding to your message. I have been out and
catching up. (And thanks, James Murphy, for trying to fill in there.)
Tim, I have your message but don't know the answer. This is something I will
ask Brian Rudolph to check. He's our resident expert on Windows Player
Programming. He should respond today.

"Setting Color Cycling to false will produce a decrease in memory everytime an
animation is run.
If you have AAPlay you can produce the same results: load aaplay, load a flic,
set Color Cycling off, check your memory (program manager, help, about), start
and stop the loaded animation a couple of times and then check memory.
This caused a problem in a Visual Basic Screen Saver I was writing as the
vbplay.vbx exibits the same behavior.
Is this a known problem or can it be fixed?"
Tim,
I sent you an e-mail.
