#Amiga Slot Spacing

Does anybody know if the slot spacing on the A2000 is the same as that on a PC motherboard….I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to mount a A2000 motherboard in a PC tower case….any suggestions?

The slot spacings are the same – 3/4". The 2000 does have narrower slot openings to the outside world, though. Since you're going to a wider opening, you shouldn't have any problems. Are you with Ambitious…..did they ever bring the 4000 tower case to market? What about a case for the A3000, do you know if that is avail?

No, actually I'm with PreVue Technologies. As a filler of slots, I like to keep up with ways to get more slots. They can be reached at: 310 532 0787 (voice) or 310 532 0785 (fax) in the Los Angeles area. From what I hear from our mutual dealers, it's a good product that does the job well. PreVue isn't Amiga-driven, is it? I thought it was a PC. Some cable systems use Amigas for other things…

FOr years, evertime my PreVue channel went down (usually late every saturday night, I'd be staring at the 1.3 workbench screen on channel 39. On some nights, it was even the best thing on the tube. <g>
