#Copy Protection?

On the verge of releasing InterChange for Windows, and the InterChange IPAS
routines, we're considering adding some form of copy-protection to our
products.
With consideration to Autodesk, I'd like to avoid discussing dongle-related
issues in this forum, so please don't reply to this message.
Instead, I'd like to welcome you to pick up on the discussion in the Syndesis
area in the Amiga Vendor Forum, section 7. If you're driving manually on
Compuserve, it's 'GO AMIGAV'. The thread starts at message # 81740.
Aside from copy protection, we also discuss the pricing of InterChange for
Windows, and how this relates to copy protection.

In any case, this is a semi-private section, and the discussion of dongles here
is probably appropriate.
In any event, I won't likely get a chance to visit you in the AMIGAV forum.
Too many forums to visit already.
So, let me say this — given the value of your software, and its narrow focus,
I feel a dongle is justifiable.
