Has anyone found a fix for the W83757 chip on the controller board that brings up the "SentinelPro must be plugged into parallel port" message, short of replacing the controller board???

I have not… There were a few controller cards which were modified to correct this problem. Try calling the manufacturer of the controller card, see if Tech Support knows about this and whether or not the controller card was fixed. They could have some upgrade path. Our lock was not changed. Nik
