Anyone know what the format of the CD-ROM used in the CD/TV? It has a 40
pin connector. Is it an IDE? Any help would be appreciated!

The CDTV drive is a commonplace model that presumably could be replaced or
salvaged to another system. However, the controller used in CDTV is a
proprietary format devised by Commodore. Not compatible with IDE or SCSI.
