Saving a project called "3DS.PRJ" will save most of your vital program
settings and they are reloaded automatically upon starting 3DS.

No. The only advantages to using a tablet are a better response than
a mouse and the ability to digitize shapes into the shaper. You may
find in some cases that you are better off with your tablet in mouse
emulation mode rather than tablet mode.
