Martin neglected to say that the offer to upgrade was good from October to
Dec 1992, alas. Other than that his answer was quite accurate. (And thanks
for answering, Martin!)

The upgrade to Animator Pro from Animator or Multimedia Explorer is
good at least through January 31, 1993.
BTW, Mr. Yost has answered my stump-the-techs questions, so you can call
off Jamie and Yann. Thanks anyway.

Mr. Krell, Speaking of upgrades, would there be any chance of a competitive
upgrade? I just purchased Animation Works (choosing the better res of
low-end programs) and am already ready to upgrade to something more
capable. I am looking very hard at AA Pro, instead of the AW Interactive.
Partly because of the fact it is more standard, partly because the Customer
Support seems to be MUCH better than Gold Disk's. I like AW well enough,
but there are some things I need to know about the next level up before I
decide which way to go.

I've left your competitive upgrade message with the Product Manager for
Animator Pro. Although there is no policy in place for that, I think it's
good that she know that folks out there are interested.
