#PAR + Sunrize

I have heard that somehow the SunRize board can be used for audio with the PAR.
Is this so? If so, does anyone know if the 12bit board can also be used in this
way. How exactly does this work? Does the PAR somehow have LTC capabilites? I
am particularly interested in the sync between captured video and its audio.

Yes, in a way.

Do not know, as the 1012 did not suport v3.0 last i checked.

As of AD516/Studio16 3.0a and PAR sw 2.07 you can record and playback in
PAR "syncronized" to TC in Studio 16 (both external and internal)
No other intuitiv suport. Very dificult/timeconsuming to edit afterwards
My ultimate dream would be to have PAR as a track in the VERY NICE
Studio16 timeline cuelist.
Have not told this to anyone before this 🙂

The AD1012 works fine with the PAR. Basically to syncronize they both lock
to the Studio16 Timecode (internal or external). It works great, but it
wouldn't be easy to sync audio to captured video (possible, not simple).
