Hello Impulse, IM3.0 is great. I had requested information on the object file format when I ordered the upgrade last year, but didn't receive any with the upgrade. How can I get information on the format. I would like to write my own program to create a wireframe object file from a math formula. I'll probably use Arexx. Bruce Patek

Bruce, We have yet to publish the fileformats, sorry but we have been too busy with other stuff, I will try to get to this in a few days. I will post the info here and on Internet. Mike

Hiya Mike, quick suggestion. Since FLC's are VERY Popular why not add the ability to Create them in the AMIGA version of Imagine too? I guess you could do it similarly to how you did the selector for Opalvision/Firecracker in the Prefs menu.

Something to keep in mind since alot of Amigan's also use IBM/Clones or have friends with Clones. Make it easier for them to show off. BTW the Autoupdate prg, since I now have Both the Amiga and IBM versions that will be $100 EACH per year right? So for 1 year of Updates for the Amiga and IBM/Clone will cost me $200 correct? Thanx BTW just got the newsletter, I better write my Customer # down someplace this time!.

Pete, Yes you are correct, each update cost one hundred dollars. Nah you dont have to , you are famous now and we have your number all over the office, even in the bathroom, we have memorized it as the last guy to get 3.0 and the one who wanted it the most. I hope it is meeting your needs and slightly hoping it exceeds your needs. lot to ask for but what the heck. Mike

Blaq! I was afraid of that, I have no idea what the hell is going on, we sent the software to our friends in Canada all at the same time, some have it some dont, and its not just one or two. If you dont have it by mid week of next week, leave me a note here and I will send you another. I am truly sorry, If our to governments would get it together and drop all this crap with duty and customs. Again I am sorry, I wont let you down, camp out by the post box and it will come. Hmm sounds like a movie theme… Mike

Hiya Mike, some questions for ya on Digimaxx. Is it a Magnetic or Sonic 3D Digitizer? Also after "picking" each point with the stylus does one have to do any hits on the keyboard/mouse or does the software automatically recognize the touch? And Lastly how time intensive is the process of Digitizing a 3D model? Say I had a 12" Tall Godzilla Model, approx how long assuming a decent amount of familiarity with the Process would it take to do? Approx 2-4 hours? less/More? Thanx Mike

Mike, well, it's five days later and still no Imagine. I'm a bit sheepish about taking you up on your offer, because we all know if I do that, then my initial Imagine shipment will show up the next day, and… ummm… HMMMMM….. <g> Okay Mike, please send me a replacement Imagine. <bg> Looking forward to seeing 3.0 in my mailbox tomorrow, Blaq!
