There used to be lot's of kickstart board's for the A1000. Selling for $50 or so. But at the moment they're hard to find.

I should check some old magazine to find names, but i guess yes something like that. Frankly, if Commo's situation wasn't so unstable i would advise just to buy a A1200 and leave the A1000 to rest. That's what i did. I must admit i've been opening and closing that oldie so many times, it was mechanicly a bit at it's end. But maybe when i find the right programm, i''l use it as a fax/voice-server or so.

I would think DKB still has some Kwikstart IIs to sell. While I am still buying software and hardware, I am waiting until things start going again to (notice healty dose of optimism) get busy on adding a second Amiga to the 1000, which still does a terrific job. I have my 1000 so crammed with stuff, I am sometimes surprised it still works. Richard -> AutoPilot on the A1000, the only Amiga without the C= logo.

I've been thinking about trying to peer-to-peer my A1000 to my A1200, but I don't quite know how to go about doing it cheaply. (Plus I would most likely need 2.0+, which I don't have yet.) Chris – Fast and Low on my '020! "MicroSoft": from Micro = small, and Soft = limp.

That is something I have been thinking about adding when I add the second machine. Richard -> On the A1000, the only Amiga without the C= logo.

That's something you don't see, a 4000 with a boing ball. But then you don't see 2000s, 3000s, or 500s with them either. Richard -> On the A1000, the only Amiga without the C= logo.
