I'll take notes and see what I can do. Tech support is free for the first 90
days and costs there after.
Yes, the names on ABTools confuses me, too. Sorry, I'll see what I can do.
AmiBack has a "Build Index" function to scan the disks. I've complained about
this also and it will be in the newest upgrade (AmiBack 3.0) [writing the index
to the last floppy, that is].
I don't own a tape drive so I don't own Tapeworm. Sorry.

I do want to say one thing – regardless of the problems any of us have had
in the past, you seem very helpful and friendly, so I hope we can continue
to get great support here on CI$.

Well, I guess those changes are good news. But I think even better news
would be to drop the prices to maybe $25 for one and then like $35 for the
A/B Tools+ combination and another $15-$20 for TapeWorm to cover tech
support and incremental upgrades via BBS or $5 plus a disk. That would be
for incremental ug's like 2.0h to 2.0j. For the major revs (like 2.ox to
3.0) you could offer paid tech support subscribers the best price,
registered users a good price and no discount to others.
With the higher prices you risk sending the message that you are not
REALLY interested in supporting the programms, but will if paid ENOUGH (if
you get my drift).
