Tim,
What I said is that the SGI Layout screen is fast at updating the information.
The Alpha's modeler functions are just a bit faster. I was doing complex
booleans as fast as I could snap my fingers. The Alpha also did some of my
wireframes faster than real time. The SGI layout that I used was still a beta,
downloaded that morning at NAB by Brad Peebler.
