Ash- Stefan actually replied to me this time, twice! So who knows. He says the SASG sites are working; I don't know about that. Anyway, the $59.95 goes to pay for his CIS site, the exchange rate, and various other things. He also mentioned that he'd raise the SASG rate from $20 to $30 if he could. Mr. Zombie

I am glad he got back to you, but I still don't understand why he would put that price on his software. I am sure he would make more money overall if the price was more reasonable. Kai Iske, author of MagicCX, another SASG product, put his product on line for just a modest increase over the SASG fee. He classified SWREG as an "Express" registration and Charged $30 for it. He might have added CIS's 15% too. But this is quite reasonable. ._ _ _ INTERNET: mshea@math.arizona.edu | | |ichael _>hea COMPUSERVE: 76665,3360

Michael- I agree, but what can we do? Btw, if I reach someone about one of the things I'm selling tonight, the new list should go up by tomorrow. And again, I'm sorry about the confusion. Mr. Zombie

Ash, >If you find anything out, let me (us) know. Now that I am actually using MUI I would like to register. I registered through the site in New York (I think that's where it was) and it only took about 10 days 'til I got my key. The registration thingie should give you the appropriate information. I just printed it out, put a $20 bill in there and mailed it. No problems! Skimming through the Redwoods on AutoPilot Asha

As of a few month ago, numerous people, including myself, had troble getting SASG stuff from the US site. I finally contacted Kai Iske himself via email and he sent me the keyfile to MagicCX. As a matter of fact, I never did get the diskette from US site, but I don't really care about that, as I have the keyfile and that is all I needed. ._ _ _ INTERNET: mshea@math.arizona.edu | | |ichael _>hea COMPUSERVE: 76665,3360

I have not talked to Kai in a few months, so I don't have any info about an upgrade. MagicCX is a really great program isn't it? ._ _ _ INTERNET: mshea@math.arizona.edu | | |ichael _>hea COMPUSERVE: 76665,3360

I registered sometime within the last couple of months so it's fairly recent. I got the keyfile and MUI 2.3. I'm only useing one program that requires MUI at this point (Blitzblank), but I believe in registering Shareware if I'm using it… 🙂 Skimming through the Redwoods on AutoPilot Asha

I also believe in registering shareware I use, but I don't like sending in money and waiting months to get something. Besides, I have to get AMosaic off my Magic Workbench. The colors just don't work. ._ _ _ INTERNET: mshea@math.arizona.edu | | |ichael _>hea COMPUSERVE: 76665,3360
