I need some help. I have a DCTV and an AlfaScan-Plus hand scanner that I
can't get to work. Both appear to work fine but I can't capture anything. When
either one is connected to my A3000, the software acts like it is receiving,
but comes up empty.
Any utilities I can get to check my parallel port or any suggestions as to
the problem will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

The printer works fine, in fact anything I connect works fine for output. It's
just that nothing seems to be able to come the other way. Any guesses?
