#Damaged Disc….sigh…
3 messages in this thread
Hi, I just got my January 93 issue of Nautilus for the Mac. When I put it
in the Apple CD Rom drive it would not mount. On closer inspection the disc
is cracked from the center hub. It keeps reporting a damaged disk and wants
to format it. How can I get it replaced????
On the mailing label my customer ID is 1P2169 NAUMRNW Name is Kerry Dean
Reuer.
This is my first issue that I received in the hard mailer and it is also
the first damaged one I have receieved in the last year and a half that I
have been a subscriber.
The mailer is in pretty good condition except for one bend mark. There is a
postal stamp in the center of the package and maybe that is what cracked
it. I really do not know. At any rate any help you can give me on this
would be greatly appreciated since getting my monthly disc is somthing that
I really look forward to. Now I have it and can not use it and think that I
am having withdrawal symtoms already…..<g>……

Hi Kerry,
We would be more than happy to send you a replacment disc for the damaged
one. However, you will need to return the disc to Customer Service and a
replacement will be sent. The address is as follows:
Nautilus

7001 Discovery Blvd.

My subscription expired in July 92.
I was wondering if any of your CDs since included 7.0.1 on 800K images?
Thanks Raman
