Hello,
I am looking for info on a video board to do real time shaded and or wireframe
animation. I also would like to har about what is generally the best video
board to use with 3DS.
Thanks

Well realtime previews are mostly cpu independent unless you are talking about
a graphics card with the Glint chip on it. If that is the case then 3DSr5 for
Windows NT *might* support OpenGL.

James,
Get yourself a Matrox Impression Plus. It's a 64bit 2M VRAM PCI card
that's presently selling on CSERVE for next to nothing. Check out the
classifieds: I don't think it's been sold yet. It supports OpenGL, some new 3D
video board technology that will probably get a lot of attention within the
next few months.
( I didn't have the money to buy it <g>)
