This is very interesting. Every time I print an envelope it gets wrinkled at
the last 2 to 3 inches. Could this roller fix help this situation? I've never
had a problem when printing 8.5 x 11 sheets.

Maybe, maybe not. The LJ4 has enough problems with envelopes as it is without
considering the output rollers. Sorry I can't be of more help.
