I'm getting the "Printer Not Responding" status window every time I try to print. As I understand, the drivers supplied here won't help because the whole driver distribution can't be posted due to licensing restrictions. (I think it says that in the readme file somewhere). How do I obtain the latest distribution of drivers for the 4L? Doug S.

It's not the drivers, it's the Status Monitor, which is part of the Windows Printing System (the drivers is another part). You can get the entire WPS by calling HP DIstribution at 303-339-7009. Tell them you need v1.35 for a 4L.
