Hello, Can any one tell me of a good QWK or BW reader that will run on an A-2000 with Kickstart & Workbench 1.3 and 1 meg ram, single floppy, no hard disk? Thanks Bob

Bob, >Can any one tell me of a good QWK or BW reader that will run on an A-2000 with Kickstart & Workbench 1.3 and 1 meg ram, single floppy, no hard disk? There are two that I know of, Ami-Qwk and Q-Blue. I'm not sure whether either of them will work under 1.3 with no harddrive but you should be able to find one or the other fairly easily and try them out. Both are shareware if memory serves. Asha, The best I have seen is Thor. It reads many formats and keep a database like Autopilot dose. You might need to download Thor 1.2. \|/ @-@ Robert Griffith — San Diego — —oOo-(o)-oOo—————————————————— Surfing the threads with AutoPilot and Amiga.

Thanks Robert, But looking at the file descriptor, it seems mighty big, especially to be running on a machine running on a machine with no HDD, one floppy and 1 meg of ram under Workbench 1.3 If It can be done, I'll surely download it. Bob
