#GPFax Faxout problem

I've had GPFax installed on my A4000 for a while now, and while I have received
faxes in the past w/o any problems, I've never had the need to actually send a
fax out,… until now. My question or concern is this, whenever I try to print
out a document, with GPFax running in the background so that it's print driver
intercepts the print out request, and just prior to getting the request box
where you actually input the phone number and/or schedule the fax transmission,
GPFax outputs a Warning box stating "Warning. GPFax could not get screen
information" (or something along the lines).
Should I be worried about this, or did I miss something during the
installation? Or better yet, what am I doing wrong. My current system is:
A4000 40 25mhz
12 Mg Ram
Desktop Magic (commercial screen saver installed)
ASIM CDfs (CD Rom file system)
This is what the machine boots up with (aside from the GPFax assigns in the
user-startup). Anyone having a clue as to what could be happening, please let
me know. Thanks in advance.
The original message was a little ambigous when stating the message I was
getting. The Warning box message is:

This is beginning to drive me nuts. I'm running the Amiga using a Multiscan
Productivity screen resolution, but no matter what screen mode I change to, I
still get the same message.

I'm not sure I understand how you're doing this, but here's what I've done
in the past and it's worked. I used Prowrite to write my FAX. I ran GPFAX
first, then Prowrite. Wrote my FAX and told Prowrite to print it. When it
finished, I quit PW and told GPFAX to send out the FAX to the place I wanted to
send it. I've had no problems doing it this way.
I've heard that other have had some problems using Final Writer and someone
else had one with either ProPage or Pagestream, unfortunately I don't know what
the solution to those problems was. Hope this helps some. Good luck!!

I get exactly the same message on my A4000/40. Just say OK. GPFax will then
produce the fax.

Well, after a more detailed observations of what was going on, I have determine
that the problem occurs only in Multiscan Productivity mode. If you NTSC or PAL
high or normal res, you don't get this *** WARNING message. I have concluded
that it might have to do something with the vertical screen resolution which at
640 x 480 in Multiscan mode is twice that of NTSC or PAL high res mode. OTOH, I
could be (and probably am) totally wrong and it may be just the fact that GPFax
doesn't support the Multiscan screen mode. It is comforting however, to see you
are not the only one in this bind. Thanks,
