I'm thinking of buying a graphics card for my A2000. Which should I buy a Picasso or a Picolo? I'm not keen on having to use EGS. Will both of these work without EGS? David Kay Flying in from Montreal.

David: I would say the Picasso would be your best bet. From what I understand, the software that comes with it is top notch, and if you want to run CyberGraphics, that is supported as well. // John (Warp 4040 & Emplant Quadra 840) \X/ Mercury@ins.infonet.net

David, >I'm thinking of buying a graphics card for my A2000. Which should I buy a Picasso or a Picolo? I'd suggest the Piccasso simply because at this time it's the most supported gfx board out there. I bought mine just this last January. It was easy to install and works like a dream. I would suggest that for the best results you upgrade your OS to 3.1 if you haven't already as it supports some things that will improve your Picasso functions. It will also be necessary for you to have a multi-scan monitor in order to take advantage of the Picasso's display. If you have any other questions, just ask.
