I know Metro Graphix is complete Fiber Factory in two weeks and Xaos is making
Pennello for LW PC.
Does anyone know of any other plug-ins which are being made or ported to the PC
platform?

The only ones I know of at this time are Penellio by Xaos Tools and
Fiber Factory (Hair generator) by Metro Grafx

What does Penellio do exactly?
Penellio converts rendered images into painterly effects. So if you want to
turn your animation into an animation in the style of Van Gogh, it will do it.
It is actually a bit more complex then this description. It gives you choices
over brush style and it lets you animate your brush strokes. You can load you
own brushes from an Alpha channel or tif file. It gives you great control over
opacity, size, angle, and types of strokes.
It was origional made as a plug-in for 3-D studio. I am very happy it's coming
to Lightwave.

I know that Fori something (the maker of FreeForm) is making a plug-in for LW
that will do some type of Spline patching in LW. I don't know anything more.
