Paul, Are you in Hawaii? >BTW I contacted UH-Downtown as you suggested to locate a possible tutor Is UH-Downtown UH Manoa? Or am I way off? If I'm not, I spent a few years there until I ran out of (positive cash flow) reasons to continue to stay there. If you are in HI do me a favor and treat yourself to dinner at Auntie Pasto's for me. It's one of the things I really miss (besides the weather, beaches, surfing, bikini's, DIVING, and the view from my old front yard). -Matt (Active Media Graphics) -Matthew Vaughn

I'm afraid there is a miss-communication going on here. I am in Montgomery, Texas and the UH-Downtown I referred to is UNIV. OF HOUSTON Downtown Branch. Sorry that I can't take your suggestion on a place to Dine Out in Hawaii, but I'm getting ready to head the other way right now (Western Europe) <BG> Paul

PMJI, howzit brahdah! My wahine and I are from Oahu (I'm from Hawaii Kai and she's from Kailua) and we're recent transplants in Carlsbad, CA. There is a large contingent of Hawaiian transplants here, there's even a small restaurant locally where I can get my Portugese sausage and Loco Moco fix when I need it. Where are you from, where are you living now and how did this thread get started anyways? Paul Unterweiser, M!ND GAMES new media, Carlsbad, CA

Doug, I'm jealous, their carbonara is outstanding. I eat there at least once a week while I saw living there. I also have not found a match for their seafood stew (cucuccio (spelling may be off)) truly a great experience for those of with a warm spot for good seafood. Enjoy the weather, it is nice to have seasons again but I still miss diving anytime I felt like it. -Matt (almost jealous) -Matthew Vaughn
