Thanks for your enthusiasm. I'm glad to see that you are reporting no
problems. If you do have any problems, feel free to ask me. That's what I'm

Bill,
I have experienced a problem with Quickeys, system 7.5 and the daystar 33 mhz
040 board that I installed last fall.CE says that you have found a problem with
the ROM on the board that quickeys address. Do you know of any patch or fix.Are
you even aware of the problem?
Eric
PS, what happened to Greg?
>>Bill,
Thanks for noticing. Most people still refer to Greg, even though I sign most
of their messages… 🙂
>>PS, what happened to Greg?
Both Greg and I have been promoted, I to Online Service Manager. We are in a
transition/training period while the company finds a replacement for my old
postion. I am now the Online Service Manager, but until my replacement comes,
Greg's name will appear in the mailing address. Occasionally, Greg will have
to step in and answer a few questions while we cover our old positions during
this transition period.
I am here to help, and if you need anything, just let me know….

You can obtain a ROM upgrade for your 040 board by contacting Tech Support at
404-967-2077. The ROM update, to v4.1.1, is $30, and contains the ROM,
shipping, and an istallation kit.
Hope that this helps.
