I plan to add a PowerPro 601/80 card to my Q800 through a special upgrade ($199) from a Turbo 040. Does the upgrade provide the PowerPro 601/80 with RAM Expansion (?on-board cache)? Also, I have a Radius 24xp card, and use RamDoubler. Any known conflicts with this accelerator? Bill Wong

There are four empty SIMM slots, in which you can add up to 128MB RAM via 72-pin SIMMs. >>Also, I have a Radius 24xp card, and use >>RamDoubler. Any known conflicts with this >>accelerator? As far as RAMDoubler is concerned, you will need at least v1.5. The current version is v1.5.2. As far as the Radius card is concerned, you will need to contact Radius about PowerPC compatibility. If is possible that a firmware update may be neccessary. Hope that this helps, and thanks for your interest in DayStar products. Bill Waits DayStar Digital
