A few weeks ago we talk about update TS 1.x -> 2.0. The American Caligari told
those updates for user after Nov. /Des. 94 would be free.
Im a German user, sorry for my bad English, and Caligari Deutschland, Mr.
Winfried Obermuller, told me we must pay 399,- DM round about 250,- Dollar. I
cant understand the differed between German and American User; I bay my Version
1.04 German at the CeBit in Hannover.

Interering though, Mr. Obermueller told me at the CeBit that they were making
prearrangements for informing customers on how to get the free upgrade.
Until today, two e-mails to Mr. Obermueller were left unanswered.
I am sorry to say, but in THIS particular matter (german support) I am
disappointed with tS.
I surely would settle for the english 2.0, if that is possible.
