#trueSpace CD

Attention trueSpace artists: I've "officially" started collecting trueSpace
"Stuff" for a trueSpace CD to be out ASAP. The kinds of things that I'm looking
for are trueSpace objects, scenes, textures, path libraries, and material
libraries. Especially great would be things that help show a certain effect or
technique that people can learn off of. We're also looking for finished art
(images or animations) to show "what can be done" with trueSpace. If you're
going to contribute, we'd like to get a document that has a short biography and
a description of what you've contributed (with scenes/objects, it'd be great to
have something that explains any setup, etc. as well as some "how-to" types
that will help others that are less experienced or new to trueSpace.)
All trueSpace matter is currently being collected on the RSS trueSpace BBS. The
number for the BBS is 313-721-0353. When you sign on, you will have to join (J)
the trueSpace CD area.
I know we've got a ton of extremely talented trueSpace artists here (it's been
said that this tS UG is the hottest place on the planet for tS artists, and
we've got a ton of you here!), so I hope to be able to fill this CD up quick,
and possibly have another to follow.. Please let me know in advance how much
storage you think you'll need for your work(s).
I know I've been asked to put something together like this by many of you, so
here we go!
Thanks! C 'ya l8r..

As usual, I have to stick up for us Interneters <g>. The trueSpace mailing
list has a few hundred members and there's some really great artists there
(Bjorn, Jow, Peter, Clayton, etc). So make sure you post your message on the
TSML also.
Regards,
Shane.
ps. I do agree though – it does get really hot in here sometimes… <bg>
Hi Terry,
is there a postal adress we could send our material to?
If I logged in on your BBS to upload 500kB, it would cost me approx. 20$.
I don't know whether my material is "publishable" yet, but sooner or later it
will be… <g>
How can I order or subscribe to this CD (Germany)?
Bye,
Marc
Yes, Marc (and others), the mailing address you would use to send your material
to for the CD is: Reliable Software Solutions, Inc. Attn: Terry Cotant P.O. Box
530715 Livonia, MI 48153 U.S.A.
We'd appreciate anything you can get out to us! (If your stuff isn't
"publishable" yet, can you at least e-mail me here and tell me what type of
stuff and how much you anticipate to send? Thanks..
As far as ordering, we're still gatherind data on pricing, etc. You'll want to
contact me e-mail on CIS when the time comes.
Thanks! (BTW: this isn't "confirmed" yet, but depending on what you contribute,
all contributors will either get a substantial discount or a free disc. I'm
hoping we can go for the freebie, but it'll probably be "weighted".)
How 'bout bakshish?
