Out of the blue, I found an enveloped copy of the original issue of AmigaWorld in my mailbox today, with neither a postmark or any explaination. Naturally, I looked thru it just to refresh my memory, and I found a few things of note. I'd like to list a few items for your amusement/nausea – Tecmar, with lots of items EA – who really did what we dreamed they would Borland/Turbo-Pascal for 86Q1 – ????????? Musicraft Enable Aztec C – another great product Amiga-Draw (Aegis) – the name changed a bit, but wow TLC-LOGO – what happened to it? ———————————–Any comments? Ron Troy

Ron! That is a question I have been sporadically asking ever since I bought my Amiga in Late 85! Where the &^%$ is TLC LOGO???? Regards, Larry.

I thought you could tell me! My brother (a PHD candidate at Yale) is a fan of Logo and similair languages, and he was wondering if one was available. I don't even know if they are still in business (the software business, not the vaporware business)? Ron

I wish I could tell you Ron! I don't even have any idea who the company is, where they are located, or as you point out, if they are actually in business. I'm certaily not a diehard LOGO fanatic, but I do dabble in any and all languages, and LOGO is one I particularly enjoy. I also think that a LOGO for the Amiga would increase the Amiga's credibility in the educational area. Regards, Larry.

I agree Larry, LOGO is fun – my daughter and her friend love it. Marlene

Turbo Pascal: they say they're working on it. I happen to know that there's another project standing in its way. The more Amiga users that yell at them to get it done >now<, the sooner it's likely to happen. >Bela<

A year ago I was yelling at them. I was involved in trying out a different Borland product, and kept asking about Amiga – they kept telling me that it was on the way, but they were'nt allowed to say when! So lets push! Ron
