Stephen, I really enjoyed NITEFLIT.JPG. I like the quasi real/surreal/cartoon look about it. Some great work in there, especially the spiral galaxy. Speaking of which, nice segue eh? I looked at the tutorial you posted about how you created that spiral galaxy/solar system. Nice job on the tutorial…the inline images were a great touch and of great help! After seeing it, I began to think of how to create the same look using textures. I succeeded, and stayed rather true to the look of your imagemap/object combo. If you're interested, I can upload it as a companion piece. -GreG

Glad you liked it Greg, I felt that since other people especiall yourself were such a help to others, I thought I would throw my $.02 in as well. I have to give a lot of credit to people who spent the time uploading tutorials that I have used so I thought I would return the favor. Also would be happy to se how you would create a Solar System in Imagine. Bye.

Stephen, Again, thanks for the tutorial. It really got my mind working in trying to recreate that exact look using textures and states. In the process, new ideas for various different looks developed. >> Also would be happy to se how you would create a Solar System in Imagine. Well, it won't be a new look to what you have created, just a textured approach to it. I just need to create the object shape as you outlined it in the tutorial before I upload it. For testing purposes I just textured a disk to get the coloring right. Should be up in a couple of days. -GreG
