I use Paint Shop Pro which does a pretty good job with conversions (as well as
having some good painting functions). I think it can be found in GRAPHSUP, but
I am not positive. If you are interested in looking at it and can't find it
just let me know and I will check on it and let you know for sure where it is.

Thanks Darin. I am using Paint Shop Pro. The only problem I have is
converting to 24bit. Ecery time i try to convert with Paint Shop Pro it
reduces to 256. I need somthing with some more power.
