The trade in could get very interesting for creative capitalists. I have seen
A1000's for sale for $650 this week. A $1000 trade in plus a $650 A1000 equals
a $350 discount on the current list price of a A2000.
It sure does David. I know 4 of my friends with A1000 that will be
trading them in for the 2000 + the bridge card. They are all engineers
and for engineering applications you can't beat PC compatibility.
They were thinking about the sidecar but an expansion chassis plus
sidecar plus 1/2 meg plus a 200W ps plus the new keyboard costs much
more than just $1000 + bridge card and all in one neat package!!
