Can you send me info about the Advantage 2000 ? I have a Syquest drive and
wondering if I have to do Diskchanges with your controller ? || BY

No, you don't have to use the diskchange command, and you don't have to
partition all your cartridges the same way. You just pop one disk out and
put the other in. Feel free to ask any more questions. You can call the
office and get a flyer, but you can get more information by asking
questions.

Does the Advantage 2000 support the Adaptec 4000 series of ST506->SCSI
controllers ? I have a Maxtor 1050 I would like to set up on the Adpatec.
Also does your controller support Tape Drives and would it work with a
2090a installed in the same 2000 ? || BY THE **+++++ Judd

Yes, it works with Adaptec 4000 and 4070 controllers, though we have found
the Omti 3520 and 3527 to provide better performance. Our host adapter
with work with tape drives as long as they are CCS embedded SCSI or work
with the aforementioned controllers, but you will need to have a program to
do anything useful with the tape drive.
You can have another make of host adapter (and even up to 3 other AdSCSI
2000 host adapters) in the system at the same time, no problem.
