You can call Autodesk Technical Support directly for help with Autodesk
Animator. For help with Animator Pro or with 3D Studio, you must go
through your authorized dealer. If the dealer doesn't know an answer, he
can always his dealer support people here at Autodesk and get the answer

I'm an authorized multimedia dealer. I have this client – we'll call him
"Doug." <g> He has a problem with the aspect ratio of a Wacom digitizer
running on AAPro. Since it's the Autodesk supplied WACOM.IDR driver, Wacom
is of no help.
How do I go about scaling the pointing area so that the tablet maps
properly to the screen? Can I patch AA.CFG? Can I patch the driver? Can
I get source code for WACOM.IDR to fix the scaling?
