I originally purchase COrel Draw 2.0, later on I upgraded to the CD-ROM
version and would now like to upgrade to the CD-ROM version of Corel Draw
3.0, the last time I supplied my VISA number to Customer Support via fax
and a lovely lady by the name of Angella Seward swiftly sent me my CD-ROM.
Instead of faxing, (international calls from Japan are expensive) could I
supply the necessary information via e-mail and receive an upgrade? To whom
should it be addressed?

At this time we are not set up to accept orders via e-mail, this is
something we are looking into for the future, until this system has been
set up we would require you to fax us directly.
