Since you seem to be the only active Corel representative on the forum at
this time — Are there any retailers who are actually going to handle the
upgrades? I've called several local sources, Egghead, Comp USA, etc. and no
one either has the upgrades or plans to offer them. I noticed a message
from you that indicates that Corel only deals with the distributors, but if
you are shipping upgrades to distributors and no retailers order them, it
appears you are going to get a large number of upgrades returned!
I can only guess that retail prices may be lower than Corel direct, and 6-8
weeks is a long time to wait for the direct upgrade. CAn you shed any light
on the upgrade situation?

If you are having problems locating a dealer who currently has the upgrades
available you may wish to contact Corel directly to place your upgrade
order. You can dial us directly at 1-800-836-DRAW in the U.S. or in Canada
you can call us at 613-728-8200.
We have shipped upgrade to our distributors and I know some dealers have
already received upgrades. It will take some time for the upgrades to
filter through the channels, but I know in the United States, Egghead, PC
Connection and MicroWarehouse will carry the upgrades.
