#Nautilus ?

Signed up (via FAX) as a "Pay as You Go" subscriber to Nautilus on Dec 28th
of last year. Have not heard or received anything from them since that
time. Do they issue the CD's at any specific time…. or how do they
operate?
Would be glad of info'.
Regards, HILARY
Hello Hilary. You will no doubt receive the next volume that is due out
anytime now. You'll receive a disc every month around mid to end month. I
have been a subscriber for over a year now and I think that you will enjoy
receiving it every month. Once you do receive it and find that you like it
you should check into changing your subscription to yearly. It would be
cheaper that way and you also get the nifty binder to keep the discs in.
Also welcome to the Nautilus family.

Can you tell me about the magazine? I may be interested in subscribing.
Thanx Peter Szymonik
Hi Peter. Can I tell you about the magazine? How long do you have? First
my personal opinon is that it is an great investment. I have gotten alot
of information from it and have enjoyed it immensely. Nautilus is a
multimedia magazine in CD format. It has music, last month it was
Beethoven Sonata Op. 27 No.2. A great presentation of the Nutcracker
Suite, some Chanukah music. In the MM section there is an onging column by
Ron Wodaski who wrote Multimedia Mania (which I highly recommend) in fact
his book comes with a CD and it has a demo of Nautilus. So if you have a
CDRom you should pick it up, it is availible through Waldens here on CI$.
Back to Nautilus, there is a column on C/C++ programming. There is a
section on games and entertainment, Anti-Virus solutions, software demos.
There is always shareware and freeware programs on a variety of areas. In
the MM section besides Ron's column there is information on hardware, MM
Marketing Council and a MM products catalog. On Dec disks there was TT
fonts, updated Media Vision Drivers, information on MIDI and MM sound.
And too much more to go into. I just came off nights and things are
starting to blur. But it is a great magazine and I think you would enjoy
it.

I think I'm sold 🙂 How much and who do I contact for a sub?
Thanx! Peter
For new subscribers in North America the subscription is 119.40 US$ plus
30.00 shipping for a total of 137.40. Call 1-800-637-3472. They have two
plans, one is pay as you go and the other is a yearly subscription. The
yearly subscription is the cheaper way to go.
Happy to see that you are such a easy sell. I need all the brownie points
I can get. Hope you enjoy.

Peter,
Kevin has already sold you, but Nautilus is a great value. It gives you
a new CDROM disc to play with every month for only $10, so that you have
plenty of things to do with your $600 CDROM drive, without buying $30-$100
discs. It also gives you lots of files that test your system, so that you
will have to go out and buy a 486 machine, like I just did.<g>
Lynne
I already have the 486, so I guess I'm all set except for the subscription
🙂
Peter
Thank you Kevin for the info'. Will be looking out for my disk.
All the best….. Hilary
No problem Hilary that's what we are here for.

Hi Hilary.
I will check with Customer Service to verify your order. Chances are your

week. The PC/windows version are set to arrive the 3rd full week of each

I will double check and get back to you.
Sincerely

My subscription ran out in December, but I got no renewal notice. Or, at
least, the Post Awful never delivered one to me.
Can you get me a renewal form?
David Gleason, 5724 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, CA 90028.
Dave if you just give them a call at 1-800-637-3472 you can renew it there.
Kb
Dave,
You can also send your renewal via the Nautilus Link.
