QB Upgrade

In the days as CCS still has been independent I've got (from time to time)
a note to upgrade to a new QB version. But for a long time I haven't heard
anything about new upgrades (except in ad's and here). So I've sent in my
original disk with my letter (dated May 19) for updating QB to version 5.x.
Now it's June 16 and I didn't receive anything yet. Where is my upgrade?
2. I still own QB Tools v1.3b. What is the actual version now?

We are waiting on your upgrade to get you the latest version, 5.0.2,
as soon as it is done. We feel that a small delay would be better
for you than to ship you 5.0.1, then immediately ask for the disk
back to update to 5.0.2. It will be going out very soon now.

I was told that the QB 5.0.2 upgrade would be available here as a patch.
Is that still the case?

The patch will be posted as soon as possible. It is just about done and
there will be a message posted when the patch is made available.
