Does anyone know where I can get PasTeX 1.3 (and/or latest and
greatest other than an ftp.uni-passau.de /pas/amiga/tex/pastex13? I
don't have an internet feed for the ftp, and can't find it on CIS, or
BIX. My other choice is to get intouch with Karl Skibinski, but that
over the big pond.

If you don't get any other offers within a couple of days I could put
it together and upload it here. If I didn't have to make a long distance
call I'd do it right now, oh well.
