#Nautilus late?

Is it just us here in Japan, or are people in other parts of the world having
problems receiving their Nautilus CDs. We usually receive our discs in the
third week of the month. But everyone I know here has not even received their
May disc yet, and the April disc was a week or so late as well.
Several members of our user's group who subscribe (including me) have linked
and/or faxed with no response. One member called and talked to someone named
"Rick" who was new and didn't even know there was a problem!
Do I smell Chapter 11 here?…

The ship date of the June Nautilus edition, Volume 4-6 was slightly delayed due
to technical reasons. The May disc was shipped some time ago. Please contact
us via CompuServe or through the Link feature of the Nautilus disc if you
haven't received your May edition of Nautilus. There were some shipping errors
of the May disc, and we are in the process of correcting them with our shipping
company. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We are
working diligently to avoid such errors in the future. Thank you for your
understanding and continued support of Nautilus.
