#Thanks Again!

Greg;
I just wanted to thank you again for your quick response to my delema earlier
this/last week. I'm recuperating from all the lost sleep working to get that
animation finished. That is the most pressure I have felt for years. 🙂
But I sure learned a lot in a short amount of time thanks to all of you.
BTW, Is it me, or is there a bug with 3DS that the first two rendered frames of
any animation have the colors in the scene darker than the rest? This was one
of the problems I was wrestling with. After I had shipped off my animation, I
then looked back at some other, much older animations and found they had a
similar darker color on the first two frames. In order to produce "color
correct" images for the first two frames, I needed to increase the frame count
by two, and copy the start to frame #2. Then I rendered three stills (frame 0,
1, & 2), and frame three. 0, & 1 were dark. 2 & 3 were correct in color
appearance to all other frames.
Do I remember right that the Yost Group will be sending out one free admission
for each registered copy of 3D Studio?
Thanks again. Dennis

Personally, I think it's you! (g,d &r!) Seriously, I've never seen it
happen rendering to Targas, maybe your were doing a flic with low pallette
on that one?

Greg;
Ok! I guess it's me.
Do I dare ask what (g,d, &r!) is?

you know someone out there will throw something at you for!
