#Visual Linnk any good?

Has anybody out there who bought Visual Link any opinions on it? I haven't
seen very many messages about it and I'm thinking about getting it soon.

I installed and tried to inside Autocad, but have some unconv.
for light/camera setting (everytime I move the object, have to be refreshed) &
couldn't cheched the rendering right away.
I just got a copy. It seem to work better than DXF. It allows you to
select differnt layer type outputs ei by handles, colors, layers, grouping. If
you are transporting alot of acad drawing to 3ds I find its alot faster than
dxfing and drawing.

I play around a little bit with VISUALLINK. My opionion is that it is usefull
for an architectur office wich have only one 3DS Version, because you can
create 3DS-Files with AutoCAD with all major parameters you need for a 3DS-File
(Onis,Spots,Materials,Cameras…). VL is an ADS application for AutoCAD. The UI
is not preety well, but it works.
The interssting point on VL is the question, if it's possible to arrange in
AutoCAD a new layer/colorstructure for the 3DS files for easier objecthandling
in 3DS. I havn't the time to test it, but I think it's possible.
