I recently downloaded gadtoolsbox v2 and it doesn't seem to load in the
#?.g file I recently created ( work in progress ) with v1.4a. Is there a
way to load it into the new version?

Load up gadtoolsbox V2, and press the F7 key, a file requester will
appear which will allow you to select a ".g" file to load for the current
window.
