would like their CIS address, and or their Tech SUpport # and or their BBS

If my memory serves me, SB is a product of Creative Labs in Fremont, CA; their
BBS is 510-428-6660. The area code might be 415 or 408; there was a split some
time ago, and I haven't used the number in a long time. Try the FIND command
for CIS. Sorry, I don't have their voice #.

Westpoint Creative have a section in UKCOMP section 7. They offer a reasonable
response time and have a few files for downloading.
